Terms of Service

1. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Paid plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis or as one-time credit purchases.

2. Billing and Razorpay

Catalogstory uses Razorpay as its payment processor. When you start a paid subscription or purchase credits, you authorize Razorpay and Catalogstory to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable amount, taxes, and any renewal charges shown at checkout.

Recurring plans continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing settings made available inside the app or through Razorpay's hosted billing flow. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscription changes and cancellations generally apply to the next billing cycle and do not retroactively refund charges that have already been processed.

We do not store your full card number, UPI credentials, or other full payment instrument details on our own servers. Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay under Razorpay's terms and privacy practices. We may store limited billing metadata such as Razorpay customer IDs, subscription IDs, order IDs, payment status, plan identifiers, and webhook event records to operate your account, reconcile payments, prevent duplicate processing, and provide support.

3. Failed Payments and Access

If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise fails, we may limit access to paid features, pause renewals, or cancel the affected subscription until the billing issue is resolved. Credits or subscription benefits may be withheld, reduced, or reversed if a corresponding payment is not successfully completed or is later refunded or charged back.

4. Content Generation and Ownership

Generated videos and lifestyle scenes remain the intellectual property of the person or business that uploads the source materials. By using the app, you grant Catalogstory a temporary license to process and store those assets only as needed to deliver the service securely.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Catalogstory in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights, or attempts to interfere with the platform, its providers, or other users. We may investigate misuse and take action to protect the service and comply with legal obligations.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are breached or if misuse creates a security or legal risk. Terms that should survive termination, including payment and intellectual property provisions, will continue to apply where relevant.
